Shipping Policies

I process and ship orders within 3-5 business days of receiving an order, and mail them through the Austrian Post via priority airmail. Please note that I try my best to get your order out as soon as possible! But do allow between 3-5 business days to receive a shipping notification. The shipping fee includes the cost of packaging, handling and postage that includes tracking.

When will I get my order?
AUSTRIA: 1 - 2 business days
EU, EUROPE: 5 - 10 business days
WORLDWIDE: 10 - 20 business days

What about shipping upgrades?
Shipping upgrades like expedited shipping are also viable options, but at an additional fee. Please contact me if you would like to apply a shipping upgrade and we can discuss the details.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns can be made within 14 calendar days from the date your item was delivered. Before doing so, you must notify me about your cancellation in a clear written statement via email to hello(at)thingsdremakes(dot)com.

Please mail your item to the address below, and I will issue your refund, once I have received it. The item must be in original condition for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
